Senior appraisers in the company hold MAI and AI-GRS designations with the Appraisal Institute, and are State of California Certified General Real Estate Appraisers. Recognizing the importance of leadership in the industry, our staff also serve in leadership positions with the Appraisal Institute and the International Right of Way Association.

The average experience level of the firm's appraisers is approximately 25 years, with primary emphasis on appraisal of all types of commercial, multi-residential, industrial, office, and special-use properties, as well as entitled and unentitled land, with considerable experience in eminent domain valuation.

Our firm primarily provides appraisal and consulting services in San Diego County and Southern California, but we also provide valuation services to major regional and national firms in major cities around the United States.
